Get the FOOLHARDYS back on the road

The Foolhardy Circus troupe have been hit hard by the affects of the current global pandemic.
last year 2020 for the first time in 36 years we were unable to tour and enjoy our community's laughs and smiles in person. What is a clown without the laughter of an audience?
Every year the Foolhardy's spend £6000 on getting trucks fit for road, Insurance in place, Circus tents fixed, contracts made and sent to hirers and rehearsal periods organised ready for our shows. Our season usually begins to start in the late days of March . So the first 3 months of 2020 we (in good faith) spent time and money preparing for our year ahead, writing a show, drawing together the crew and preparing the infrastructure. Only for lockdown and the whole season to be cancelled. In total during 2020 we managed 4 gigs. We currently have not made back anywhere close to the money needed for us to be able to get back on the road should 2021 look brighter. We have put Covid safe measures in place, embarked on a business course and applied for funding for a new project, we are thinking ahead and preparing.
And then just when we thought it couldn't get any worse our small touring van has decided to pack it in and is currently in intensive care at the garage.
This has thrown all our financial projections and seriously compromised our shrewd bookkeeping in anticipation of 2021.
Above is short Juggling Show, featuring the well known Fools Cosmo and Lucas Hardy which has been edited and put together for your entertainment by Amelia Hardy.
We have been adapting to the online entertainment and this isn't the only video we have made for our fans, we hope to continue to make more and include more of your favourite Fools in these online productions, should we have the funds.
To help us continue the long loved tradition of Circus and the Foolhardy Folk Circus troupe please donate. This will help us repair the Van and continue to develop and bring you entertainment, even if it's online. We want to be ready to perform at the drop of a hat.
