Help with monthly bills

Hi my name is Robert Kerr I have autism and adhd I was laid off from my job in the last week of June and I have been constantly searching for jobs and I still am but I have gotten behind on bills and I am running out of options in the meantime while I job search I would appreciate anything because it would help me out a lot I don’t like asking because it makes me feel bad but I don’t know how many more options I have
