Baby Arce

Hi, my name is Annette Trevino. I am here to tell you a heart-wrenching story and hopefully ask for your help for a person who lives to help others.
My sister Angela Arce and her husband Gilbert Arce have been together 15 years, 5 of them being married. They have struggled with fertility for the past few years. It wasn't till recently they started the process of IVF and their journey to have their own baby. Angela successfully had six healthy embryos extracted. In getting prepared for a transplant, she had a procedure done which brought devastating news to our family. Angela was diagnosed with early stages of endometrial uterine cancer. This crushed us, as Angela would have to face treatment and adjust their journey again. This past March, she went through a full hysterectomy, putting their IVF journey on a temporary hold. With her still having six healthy embryos, they still have a chance to have their own baby. Hopefully, all of their friends and family will come together and support Angela, as she's always helped and supported us during good times and bad times. Angela will not be able to carry her own child. She has gone through this journey with grace, a smile on her face, positivity and never once stopped celebrating the success of others because she was going through drastic, emotional and sometimes frightening life changes. Through this entire process, both Angela and Gilbert have been fostering their grandson, Gilly, and fully intend to adopt him in the upcoming months. If you can find it in your hearts to donate anything at all, so they may be able to seek surrogacy. This is their only option left to be able to continue their journey of one day having their own child together. If you know Angela, you know she'd do this and more to make one of our dreams come true. She's there when we're down, a shoulder to lean on, an ear to vent to, and a lending hand. She's there to celebrate with us when we are up. Angela is always the type of person to surprise us with meaningful gestures just because. It's time for us to pay it back in any way we can give- prayer, a donation and many positive and well wishes for my sister and her family.
