Artemis Evelyn Sinclair Dugar was born on August 26, with her angel wings. Her adoring parents and big sister lovingly anticipated her arrival. This longed for baby stole all of our hearts as we all celebrated and counted down the days until we could meet this precious, rainbow baby. Her tragic passing has crushed her incredible family, and we want to lift them up now and bless them in every way that we can.
