Baby Bams funeral

Hello, my name is Megan I am a 23 year old mum from the Isle of Wight. Very recently we have had the worst loss anyone can ever imagine; the loss of our incredible, kind, beautiful, caring baby girl. She was only 3.

Amilie was so excited to turn 3, it was her favourite number. She would ask everyday if it was nearly her birthday. She would go over her guest list of who was and wasn’t allowed to come each day so everyone would make sure to spoil her to stay on her good side. When it finally arrived she was the happiest little girl ever.

Unfortunately we don’t yet have a reason as to why our baby passed away as it is still being investigated. She was poorly in hospital and suffered a cardiac arrest suddenly and unexpectedly. That day was the most horrific, life shattering day of myself and my partners lives. Not only for us, but for everyone who knew and had met our baby girl, she was so incredibly special and unique, there wasn’t anybody like her. She was the funniest little thing ever, she wouldn’t want me to be saying she was our baby she would want to be spoke about as ‘Bam’ or ‘brother’ which was her alter ego, she was the biggest tom boy and absolutely loved Spider-Man and PawPatrol, specifically chase.

Anyway, my reason for actually starting this go fund me is due to her funeral and memorial. Although some of this is covered by the government which is so great, we would obviously love to be able to give our Bam the best funeral and memorial service we could. We would love to have a special place that is beautiful and personalised to her, to go and visit her and for her to be the happiest she could possibly be there. We unfortunately don’t yet have a funeral date as Bam is still away in great Ormond street hospital having a post mortem.
