Baby Banksie-Blu and her parents Jess and Josh

Hi My name is Deb,Im Banksies Grandma .. Today our little Banksie- Blu has hit a major wall! She was found purple and unresponsive This morning..She was airlifted to Brisbane,and was expected not to make the flight from Bundaberg.She has but has been found to have a hole in her heart and an interupted Aortic arch(which is rare and effects 2 in 100,000 babies and a ventricular septal Defect. Banksi-Blu will undergo life threatening and hopefully life saving heart surgery tonight, Her parents have been told the worst.. But we are praying for a miracle and hoping to ease the long journey they all have ahead of them. Thankyou!

UPDATE! Banksie is still defying the odds,she is such a fighter,this is going to be a long haul,and we are hoping she gets stronger everyday! Josh and Jess will be away for weeks,maybe months..All donations are so greatly appreciated!
