Key Creative Team:
Denisse Ponce - Director/Writer


Denisse Ponce was raised in Hidalgo, Mexico, and resides in Toronto since 2022. She graduated from the Acting for Film, TV, and Theatre program at Toronto Film School. While in Mexico, Denisse attended The School of Performing Arts, “ArteStudio,” where she trained in contemporary dance, getting the opportunity to have a place in the scholar productions The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Grease as part of the ensemble.

At school, she had the opportunity to be part of student films such as Calaverita a la Muerte, Anonymous Aliens Anonymous, and The Appraiser, which have solidified her passion for storytelling.

Luis Pacheco - Co-Director


Luis Pacheco is a Toronto-based Writer and Director. Originally from Mexico, he’s been involved in music videos, TV Shows, Feature films, and Documentaries. He graduated from the Asociación Mexicana de Cineastas Independientes, and ever since he has found himself in every position in the industry, from Director to Actor. Luis started making films for fun since High School and has delved into all genres, from animation to comedy to horror.

Learning under some of the greatest in the Mexican industry, like Raúl Quintanilla and Enrique Rentería. Learning which helped him create small production companies for Commercials and Short films like LaTina Productions and Cortese el Pelo Films. Currently he’s studying Film production at Toronto Film School and directing small Commercials on the side with his new production company, The Film Collective.

Adrian Reyes - Producer


Adrian is a Toronto-based producer, director and writer. His works consist of music videos, short films, commercials, and documentaries.

Currently a film production student at Toronto Film School. As he works on his thesis film Perversidad Vengativa, he hopes to work on more groundbreaking, energetic, and emotional projects.

Jon Osei - Line Producer


Jon Osei is a filmmaker born and based in Toronto, currently studying at Toronto Film School. Jon has been creating short films and directing commercials, with a special love for Drama, Comedy and Horror. He strives to tell stories that are not only entertaining but also educational and philosophical.

His short film A Recipe for Romance won Best Student Film North America at the Alternative Film Festival and Best Romance at the Couch Film Festival.

Alexander Kuepfer - Director of Photography


Alexander Kuepfer is a well established Director of Photography at Toronto Film School, who has experience working with many different genres of film and different pieces of equipment including, different cameras, lights and locations
