Baby Breeden's Pre-Term Expenses
Donation protected
My sister, Lindsey Breeden, and her husband, Justin Breeden, are expecting their 4th boy, Max. All things were going according to plan until last Sunday, March 19th.
At 23.5 weeks, Lindsey experienced PPROM (preterm premature rupture of membranes) and rushed to the hospital. PPROM can result in infection and lead to early labor. As a result, Lindsey was admitted to the hospital on March 19th and will need to remain on bedrest until her delivery (which we hope will be must closer to her due date, July 12). She is on antibiotics to prevent infection and received steroid shots and magnesium sulfate to support Max's development in the event that labor starts too early.
While this is stressful enough, Lindsey and Justin also have three boys at home. Strict bedrest at the hospital means lost time with the boys, additional healthcare expenses and expenses to keep things running at home, plus lost wages.
Thank you to everyone who has been praying for the Breeden Family, and for all the love and support you have provided! While donations are not expected, they would be very much appreciated. While donations won't prevent early delivery, they will relieve some of the financial stress during this journey.
