Baby Faith needs a Cranial Helmet

My name is Connie,

I am helping a family friend to raise money for her 6 month old baby Faith that needs a cranial helmet.

Baby Faith is 6 months old born January 2023 with Brachycephaly and later developed Plagiocephaly as a result of turning her head when she slept. Both conditions have been determined to be moderate – severe. As a result, Faith’s skull is unable to grow properly without medical intervention.

A cranial helmet, also called a cranial remolding orthosis (CRO) is a corrective helmet used to treat deformational Plagiocephaly. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover 100%.

About this Struggling Family: Jasmine is a single mom of Faith (6 months) & Elijah is 4 years old with special needs (non-verbal, autistic). Mom is struggling to cover these additional not covered by insurance.

We are asking you! Friends and Family to be one of Baby Faith’s angels, helping mom to raise $2000.00 to cover the cost and frequent gas expenses back and forth from doctors visits.
