Baby Georgie's Funeral & Celebration.

Everything about Georgie was perfect, from her head full of hair to her tiny little nose and her little toes. Sweet Georgie's arrival made Dave and Diamond's lives complete; they constantly doted over her, showered her with love, and shared her for their loved ones to adore.

 

Georgie was a beautiful, funny, fearless, ferocious, and tenacious child who could brighten even your darkest days. She was a joy to all those lucky enough to be in her presence, and her light will forever shine down for us to see.

 

The unexpected death of a child is an unimaginable loss that no one could be prepared for.

I do not believe most of us can fathom the depths of grief that results from losing a child. It’s much more than death. Time seems to stand still for you while the world keeps moving.

 

Beautiful she was and loved by all who got to meet her. The joy Georgie brought to our lives cannot be described in words but is undoubtedly felt in all of our hearts.

 

On Saturday, May 14th, 2022, this horrible world dealt a blow no one could ever imagine. On this day, a tragic and sudden accident occurred where beautiful, brave, ferocious Georgie, at only 2 years old, grew her little angel wings and left this world for the final time. Shattering everyone’s hearts and crushing Dave and Diamond’s world in the blink of an eye where no day would ever be the same.

 

No words can begin to describe Dave and Diamond's torture. A life cut so short, much sooner than any one of us expected. Georgie was and forever will be the light of Dave and Diamond’s lives.

 

Dave and Diamond have not asked for anything but time to grieve the loss of their stunning little ray of sunshine. We as family, friends, and community, will forever be here for them, to love, cherish and support them through the good times and the bad.

 

The absolute least we can all do is raise some money. Raise some money to not only help Dave and Diamond pay for the cost of Georgie's funeral, but to enable Dave and Diamond to take as much time away from work and the world as they need. They will need to support their daughter, Chuck, as she also comes to terms with losing her baby sister, her bestie, and partner in toddler crime. To relieve all of the financial stress associated with this horrific tragedy is the bare minimum we can do.
