Baby Hadley Mae

On behalf of Hadley Mae Switzer, we are starting this fundraiser to help ease the financial burdens that come with having a child at Texas Children’s Hospital in the Houston Medical Center. Hadley was diagnosed at her 20 week in utero ultrasound with a rare congenital heart disease. At only two days old, Hadley had her first open heart surgery repairing the aortic arch as well as a TAPVR repair. Recovery was very hard on such a young baby which then caused feeding delays and she had to go through another surgery having a permanent G tube placed to help her gain weight and receive necessary nutrition. Another echo 2 months later showed tightening of her aortic and mitral valves causing extreme pressures to her heart and lungs which will require additional open heart surgery with a much longer recovery expected. Chase and Mackenzy have been commuting from Willis to the Medical center to be with Hadley, paying $15 parking per day, gas and overnight stays to be close to their baby. Chase owns his own business and Mackenzy is unable to work at this time so any financial help, meals, or prayers would be greatly appreciated.
