Baby Haymaker in NICU - travel, medical bills

After trying for years for their rainbow baby they were finally getting their little miracle and Gianina and Harrison were expecting a little boy on August 14th. Gianina started getting some scary lab results and having complications. On Saturday Gianina started having contractions and was subsequently dilating and in preterm labor; with her organs failing and her labor not stopping they couldn’t stabilize her to transfer her to New Hanover. She had the baby at Onslow where the nursery is not sufficient for a preemie of 30 weeks. Baby Haymaker was born and he is now at New Hanover but Gianina and Harrison will be traveling back and forth to Wilmington. The cost of gas is back and forth and food, hotel costs, etc is going to be financially draining. Let’s wrap our arms around this sweet family and help them so they are not burdened and stressed during this time. They go above and beyond for others in their times of need and now it’s our turn to help them. We continue to pray for sweet baby Haymaker.
