Hello my name is Mari, I am raising money on behalf of my cousin Lynette and her beautiful new family. 3 month old Baby JuanAzyel is suffering from Laryngomalacia and has undergone surgery which has left him with a feeding tube.

Lynette was left with no option but to leave her job to be home to care for the baby. As you can imagine finances are tight and there are many items that insurance is not covering including formula and medical supplies. We are graciously asking you to donate and share with your friends and family.

The family has also come together in preparing homemade meals and selling them in efforts to make up for the loss of income in their household.
