Baby Kian McBride

Kian McBride was born on Thanksgiving Day to Kamryn and Noah McBride (my beautiful sister-in-law and her husband). Yesterday baby McBride was sent to the Emergency Room and then airlifted to a Children's Hospital in Las Vegas. He has been diagnosed with a serious infection, "Gram Positive Bacterial Meningitis". His team has said that he will have to stay for 2-4 weeks AFTER he has a negative blood culture. The drive is about 1 1/2 hours from where the couple lives. They need help covering the cost of lodging and food (they are applying to stay in the Ronald McDonald House). They also need help covering the cost of their regular bills, as they will be spending less time working and more time caring for their newborn.
