The Chacon Family funeral and support

It is with a heavy heart that I am updating baby Oddie’s gofundme.

oddie was 1.5 years old and the sweetest boy. He loved his snacks and was learning new words every day. I loved when he saw his mommy and would run towards her and say mama!

In mid December Oddie got sick with rsv and a few other viruses that he fought so hard to overcome. While at portneuf he progressively got worse and they made the decision to life fight him to primary children’s hospital the day after Christmas. He was placed in a medically induced coma with the hopes that he could fight these infections. Primary’s at one point overdosed him on morphine. He did start to see progress and there was hopes that he would slowly her better. His lungs showed they were clearing up the last couple of days. Today they found out he was bleeding internally and sent him for a ct scan. They found bleeding in his brain and needed to stop it fast to do surgery. They couldn’t get the bleeding under control and baby oddie passed away. He didn’t deserve for this to be the end.

As a parent I can not fathom the pain that Jenna and Zach are facing. They have been and are going to be for a while without income. They have to pay bills, are going to have to plan and bury their baby as well as get him back to Idaho.
