Please read my sister's story below.
Where to start, myself and my partner have been through five years of unexplained infertility and two years of ivf. We were so grateful to have got our first ever positive pregnancy test last year after a frozen transfer. We were so excited and apprehensive for what was to come.
At the 12 week scan we found out that our little one had some complications, which after many tests came back as unexplained. We were monitored closely and amazingly made it to 34 weeks! However, that evening we went into triage with reduced movements, and the following day we were told we’d be meeting our baby girl.
That day was the best day of our lives, we finally got to meet our longed for little one. Sadly however just a few hours after her delivery we had to go through what no parents should and hold our baby whilst saying goodbye.
This charity is amazing and has helped so many and continues to help bereaved parents, not only through the heartache of losing a baby, but through everything after. We are so grateful for the support we have received and would like to give back by helping to raise awareness and funds where possible.
