Baby Shai has Acute Heart Failure

My name is LaTeefah Calhoun, the Auntie to Baby Shai. She is six months old and has been diagnosed with Acute Heart failure. She has six other siblings whose ages range from two to 17 yrs of age. They miss Shai so dearly. They are very heartbroken not to be able to be near her during this difficult time. Shai is currently at a hospital in  Seattle, Washington. She is currently on ECMO life support and fighting for her life that has just begun. This has been a challenging time for the family and such a hardship, The family is currently living in Oregon, but Baby Shai is receiving treatment so far from her family. Her parents are struggling at this time to be in two places. They are hard-working parents and want to ensure all their children are cared for during these challenging times. They have been commuting from Oregon to Seattle to be with their baby girl Shai. So I wanted to help them as much as I could. I created this fund me to ask everyone who could see it in their hearts to offer anything to help this family during their difficult time.
