The Youth Business Initiative (YBI), a Norwalk-based nonprofit, is committed to empowering underprivileged youth with workforce readiness & business development skills for community development.

On May 2nd, at 6:30 PM, there will be a Shark Tank Event for the young entrepreneurs at YBI which will help the winning young entrepreneur to fund their start-up-business. We’re not just putting on an event; our group, the Class of 2023 Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce Leadership Training Institute (LTI), is mentoring these young visionaries and helping them fine-tune their pitches and business plans in preparation for this event. We’re inspired by these young adults and the opportunity to help launch their dreams.

This fundraiser was created to ask for your support to create a transformative opportunity for these entrepreneurs. All donations will go directly to YBI as a tax-deductible charitable donation to help with the expenses of the event and seed funding for the presenters. We want to show the next generation of small business owners their community supports them and wants to see them succeed! Will you join us?
