I write with a heavy heart but with unyielding hope, seeking your support in assisting my baby girl Zenaya in the fight for her life. Its a cause that can make a world of difference for me as a young mother to see my first child live and defy the odds of a 1% chance for living and for my baby girl to get the help she is in dire need of to fight.

I am a young mother who was brought up within a Christian family and Zenaya is my first child. I am scared of all the possibilities of negative that could happen, but I am holding on to that thread of hope that if even 1% chance of positive will be in our favor.

Though I grew up within a Christian home, one would think it's easy for me to believe that everything will be OK, but the human in me does worry and have doubt due to being scared for my child.

I am exhausted and is going through a worldwind of emotions daily that seeks to pull me down, but I still believe that my God is able.

Zenaya was born into this world on August 14,2023 facing unimaginable challenges. Zenaya is an innocent and beautiful newborn baby girl who desperately needs our help, love, and compassion to overcome her critical medical conditions.

At this fragile stage of life, Zenaya was diagnosed with Transposition of the Great Arteries, a rare congenital heart defect, and a cleft palate. Her tender heart, the very essence of life, requires immediate treatment that is financially overwhelming for myself and my partner as young parents.

To provide Zenaya with the best chance at survival, doctors have recommended multiple surgeries and medical procedures. These interventions come with steep healthcare costs, placing a burden and financial strain on our pockets. The expenses for surgeries, hospital stays, medication, and rehabilitation is 300 thousand US dollars at the Jackson Memorial Children’s Hospital in Florida.
