Gypsy's Surgery
Donation protected
My name is Gypsy I was found in someone's attic after hearing me cry for 3 days! I was about 2 weeks old when I was taken to a foster home. I was very frail and they didn't know if I would survive. My foster mom bottle fed me for the first few weeks. She carried me everywhere in a pet sling so she could tend to me often. Soon, I started eating and growing.
Once I was better, I was put for adoption. I was just 3 months old when I moved to my new forever home. My mom says that having me in her life has saved her from her medical depression. Even doctors say I've made my mom recover faster than any medicine.
I really like to play and explore all around my new house. I'm very curious and love to play with my mouse toy. One day, I was playing with a hair tie and got so excited I had to eat it! But my belly didn't like it and I started feeling tierd and didn't want to eat anymore. My new parents started to worry when I stoped playing with my favorite toys and didn't feel like eating even my favorite food. Shortly after, I had a fever and I was taken to the emergency room. Now I need surgery but my mom can't afford it because she has been on a medical leave for almost a year without any income. I'm expected to stay in intensive care for a few days but I would love to help my mom with my medical bills.
I would love for you to be part of my survival story ❤️
