Open Heart Surgery for Baby Philip

My baby Philip is due on September 18th 2014. He is already the love of my life, though my pregnancy was somewhat unplanned, therefore I am not as settled as I'd like to be in a job. I work at Starbucks mainly for the health insurance, but my income is not enough to pay my bills, especially with a baby on the way who will have special needs.  I've found out that because I've been there less than a year,when I go on maternity leave my job is not guaranteed and therefore neither is my health insurance...which brings me to why I so badly need this health insurance. My beloved baby Philip Armand was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot via ultrasounds and fetal echoes...TOF is a congenital heart defect that will require open heart surgery for Philip in his first few months of life and likely more surgery later on. We have so many medical bills and so many worries but are trying to stay positive. I am about 7 months pregnant working fulltime at a job that doesn't pay the bills and isn't even guaranteed when I go on maternity leave and I'm terrified, exhausted, stressed, and overworked. I can barely keep my head above water. At this point I'm not sure I will get my job back after Philip is born or if I can even realistically work due to needing to take care of a special needs child. I'm not one to beg but any help would be greatly appreciated and put to good use. The costs associated with Philip's cardiac surgery and medical care are something I'm trying hard not to think about right now.
