Back to School - St Tabitha's Orphanage

The Government of Fiji continues to provide free schooling to children aged 6 -16 years and this has enabled ALL the children at St Tabitha Orphanage to access school. However, ACCESS to Education begins by having the resources needed to enter the school gates on the very first day.

Imagine the cost of a school year for not 1, 2 or 3 children but for 20 primary and high school students! Add to this picture, other children in the local community at Lautoka and a remote community in Labasa where the parents are struggling to just put food on the table. Access to education may be on offer, but the cost of sending the children to school is not possible.

Together we can make a difference this school year.

Last year Paradise4Kids Fiji raised enough money to buy a vehicle to transport the children of St Tabitha’s Orphanage to and from school. This year, our BACK-TO-SCHOOL CAMPAIGN is going to make a difference to even more children.

School in Fiji is less than a month away and preparation starts now.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 by the start of the school term 2023 to be able to purchase much-needed items for the return to school. Your donation big or small will help us achieve this goal.

St Tabitha's Orphanage / Children’s Home is based in the western district of Fiji (approx. 45 mins from Nadi airport). It offers, a wholistic approach to children's development, catering for the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development of children, teens and young adults. It provides stability, love, care, education, and a moral upbringing to orphaned and at-risk children in a safe and secure home type environment.
