help me get out of a some debt and start new again

help me. i’ve recently taken time off after being fired from a long time industry position. i needed time for my mental health and to evaluate what makes me happy in life and where to direct my energy and creativity. during this time i started producing my debut album learning both the guitar and piano, i directed and published the panichi’s peach tree short film and 17 track audio book, and have been cooking and gardening. i dug myself a bit of debt i need to get out of before resigning my lease; to get out of medical debt, pay rent, eat food, and finding time to take a hostel work away position. i’m asking you for you help. please and thank you anything helps.
