The fund will make grants on a rolling basis addressing emerging needs in the community with an initial focus on education, health, homelessness and individual hardship assistance through our nonprofit partners:
- Education: access to food, childcare, academic and social-emotional supports.
- Homelessness: staffing and supplies for safe places to recover or be quarantined for the unhoused.
-Health: patient assessment, the creation spaces for containment and triage of patients, staffing, and procurement of needed supplies and medications.
- Immigration: support for low-wage, immigrant workers to help them access food, services, and other unemployment resources.
- Hardship Assistance: aid to help individuals and families address an immediate, emergency need.
