Family Loses Everything in Tornado

Hello, my name is Elaine and I am asking for help for our family friend Noriliz Rogers and her husband David Rogers and two children. They were impacted by the ferocious tornado that hit Clarksville, TN yesterday. They lost everything. Their house, cars, personal belongings, everything… Thank God they are safe but are emotional distraught. They are not having any luck with FEMA or their insurance company. Noriliz is a small business owner, which needless to say cannot operate as everything she needs was lost in the tornado. David, a retired vet, was home at the time the tornado hit. He literally was holding on for dear life. As you all can imagine, he is traumatized at such a horrific experience. She is not the type to ask for help but they are truly lost and are trying to make sense of what has transpired.
