Baker Family Needs Your Support

Hello to everyone this happens to reach! We are the Baker family. My name is Tiffany, I am creating this account with a heavy heart on behalf of our family because sadly, my husband Jeff was recently diagnosed with an uncurable stage 4 lung cancer.

A little background on us…we were happily married in August 2024 and then went on to buy our home September 2024. We have 3 beautiful boys between the two of us. Just as we’re getting settled into our new happy life, Jeff started to experience pains and inflammation in multiple parts of his body. We were initially led to believe this was arthritis but after consulting with another doctor and going through a lot more test, scans and biopsies we were informed our lives would forever be changed. This heartbreaking and shocking news came very unexpectedly as Jeff is only 46 years old and had been very healthy and active up until recently. Unfortunately, he is now to the point he is unable to work due to the amount of pain this is causing him.

We have since consulted with Moffitt Cancer Center and will be traveling almost 2 hours back and forth to Tampa, FL for Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy and any other tests and scans in the future months or years to come.

Updates as of 04/11/25: Jeff was admitted to the hospital because he legs went numb. He was transported to another hospital to forgo emergency neurosurgery on his spine and vertebrate. A tumor on his spine fractured a vertebrate causing it to press on his spinal cord which is what caused his legs to go paralyzed. He is awaiting further treatment and physical therapy as soon as he is capable. 

We are humbling ourselves to ask for this help. It will be a long and trying road for our family. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. We have faith in the Lord to carry us through this tragedy with the help of our family and friends. We all thank you wholeheartedly for your support on this journey.
