Ballymore GAA Club Gym Fund - Marathon Challenge
Donation protected
The Ballymore GAA Intermediate Football Team are going to hold a marathon challenge in teams on the 28th of February to raise funds for a new club gym.
The gym facility is a long awaited addition to our club, the new club gym will ensure that the current and future players have access to a strength and conditioning facilities to meet the demands of modern-day Gaelic games. We need your help to get the ball rolling on this new facility.
The Challenge: The players will be split into smaller teams and they will each run their allocated individual distance to make up 42km. Each player will run their distance within 5km of their own homes, in accordance with the current Covid-19 restrictions. Once their run is complete their team's times will be added together to see which team has completed the marathon in the fastest time.
We ask that you get behind the players as we take on yet another challenge during these difficult times. Covid-19 has shown us the importance of community and teamwork, and we hope that by doing this challenge we can once again work as a team to achieve this goal.
All donations will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you from all at Ballymore GAA.
