Ballyshannon Says No
Donation protected
Ballyshannon Action Group was set up in response to a quarry planning application by Kilsaran Concrete at Racefield, Ballyshannon.
The application was refused by Kildare County Council, thanks to a huge community effort. However, Kilsaran appealed the decision with An Bord Pleanala and in early June 2021 they were granted permission for the quarry.
Your donations so far have gone towards the professional experts needed to represent Ballyshannon Action Group at both Kildare County Council and An Bord Pleanala.
Now we are raising additional funds to take our case further.
Following on from our campaign any leftover monies will be gifted toward community projects.
Visit our Facebook page for more information. Help us protect our way of life, our water supply and our community. Thank you for your support.
