Bambakakis Family Business Shop Fire

On January 31, the shop that held all of our business equipment burned to the ground in the middle of the night. We lost all of our small tools and appliances to run the business. Thankfully the truck and dingo were not burned in the fire. But unfortunately we lost pretty much everything else (minus some tools that were at a job site)

It has taken a few months to figure out what we lost, and also wait to see what the insurance would cover. Insurance didn’t cover much of anything and now we are at the start of the season for landscaping and realized how much we lost.

We lost over 20 years of tools, equipment, shovels, batteries, saws, chainsaws, shovels, snowblowers, lots of wood, shelving and more. - over $30,000 in losses at least. Not including the building we were using on our friends property to house our shop.

We decided to start a go fund me page because lots of people have reached out to ask how they can help. We are praying that we can rebuild our business and grow it so we will one day be able to own a house and a property of our own. But for now we are in the process of purchasing everyday tools needed to run the business.
