Banegas Family

The Banegas family has been hit hard with a couple of unexpected life events and they need our help financially. The father of the family, Abadan, was already living off of disability when he was diagnosed with kidney failure and has since started taking dialysis treatment. Abadan's son Jonathan recently tore his ACL while playing soccer for his high school team and will need to spend the next year rehabilitating his knee.

The Banegas family are beloved members of the United Futbol Academy. Abadan routinely carpools players as they travel across the country to league matches and showcases. Whether he’s playing or interacting with parents, Jonathan carries a positive and respectful attitude, which is infectious amongst his teammates.
