He is survived by his wife Lourdes Barba and his 4 children Manny, Uziel, Crystal and Misael. He is also survived by his 2 grandchildren whom he loved dearly Isaiah and Dominic Mendoza.
A memorial service is planned for Jose on Friday February 5th at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (700 S. Green Valley Road, Watsonville.) The service will begin at 3:00pm.
Jose's wife and family wishes to have Jose return to his home state of Jalisco, Mexico to have his final funeral service and resting place. We are hoping to provide as much financial support as possible to the Barba family for funeral and transportation expenses. Any support that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.
On behalf of the Barba family we greatly appreciate everyone's loving support during this difficult time.
God bless you all and thank you once again.
