Barbara Hicks Medical Expenses

Hello all,

As some of you may know Nanny (Barbara) had a minor stroke back in May. As a result of this stroke we had to make the difficult decision to close the shop this year. The shop was her source of income.

As the medical bills keep coming, we have decided to try to reach out to family and friends to assist in relieving the financial burden that she is under right now.

An update on her condition: thankfully she is recovering well from the stroke. She spent a week in the hospital and nearly 3 weeks in a rehab hospital before returning home. She recently graduated from physical therapy and is truly doing well. If you know anything about Barbara it's that she's  a strong, independent,  and fiercely stubborn woman. Asking for help is not in her vocabulary.

Any amount of help that you can offer to her at this difficult time is greatly appreciated. Please continue or add her to your prayers for continued improvement to her recovery.
