Help Lay Barbara Tagami to Rest

Hi everyone,
For those that don’t know me, I’m Sophia, a friend of Barbara’s, as well as a friend of her daughter, Mija. I’ve known Barbara for about a decade and loved her vivacious spirit and curiosity about our world.
I know it’s not something she or her children (Mija and Makoto) would ask for assistance for, but I believe they would greatly appreciate any help you’d like to offer during this difficult time. Any amount is appreciated (even $1 — we all know it’s a difficult time to ask given general inflation and gas, as well as the upcoming holidays). Also, whether or not you can help financially, please share this link with anybody who would want to contribute who may not have been directly contacted by me.

The Laying in Ceremony will happen on zoom on November 18, 2022. 10 AM.
There will be a celebration of life in both San Diego and Spirit Lake in the Spring (when the flowers are blooming). More information to come. These costs are also incorporated into the guesstimate for this GoFundMe.
Even with the large dollar amount, there’s no obligation or “typical” amount. Just give what feels good. It will vary from person to person, and that’s absolutely okay.
I’m sure Barbara is still around, messing with us in her lighthearted way. Please join us in honoring her Earthly embodiment however you can.
