Barrataria Island 4th of July Celebration 2022

Barrataria Island's annual 4th of July Celebration will be held on Monday July 4th. The event will begin around 7pm with a BBQ dinner and Live band. The music will continue throughout the evening. Last year there was dancing in the street and line dancing etc. The event has become a tradition on the island and we need your support to keep it going. Several volunteers donate countless hours to prepare and put on the show. Please show your support with a donation to help keep pace with the rising costs of the event. Thanks to all the neighbors who contributed last year, we covered the costs of the event and made a few badly needed upgrades to our equipment. We still need some equipment upgrades for the future so we look forward to your continued support. Let's make this the best event ever! We will provide a full accounting of the event at the next board meeting to show the funds raised and the use of funds. Any excess donations will be used for equipment maintenance and upgrades, please be as generous as you can, to keep this great tradition going. Thank you.
