Barretts tail

My name is Barrett I'm an 8 yr old boxador boxer/retriever saved from the shelter. I Live in Alaska I've had the best life, fun, full of balls, treats n most of all LOVE! Recently my human sister shut my tail in the sliding door see my pics.  It hurts, its painful all I could do one night was run around sticking my head in the snow at -3. Last night I went to the vet and had it looked at, bad news,my tail needs to go...my family can not afford what was quoted from the vet. Due to family hardship. If anyone can help me so I can feel better before I really get sick I would lick and wag what tail I might have left for you. I will update you with pictures and show off my new tail.
