Barrie Community Support Fund

Hello,

We are Ripple of Kindness Barrie. A group of local women who support local charitable orgizations and ripple kindness in the community. We are mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts and grandmothers saddened by this immense loss and offer our sincere condolences to the families. We are here collectively to reach out to our community to help support these families in their time of need.

While this is beyond our usual scope to raise funds, we feel these are extenuating circumstances.

There has been an overwhelming outpour from the community to set up a combined fund to help all families. It is our goal to raise funds to help pay or offset the cost of funeral expenses for the famlies of:

Haley Marin

Jersey Mitchell

Jason Ono-O'Connor

River Wells

Luke West

We recognize there are other pages that have been set up for individual families. Our intention is not to take away from those but rather to provide an outlet for community members who wish to help all the families impacted collectively.

A committee has been established of 4 Ripple of Kindness members along with a representative from each family to allocate funds.

Our community has been shaken to the core, our flags are at half mast and six families are devastated at the loss of their loved ones. Let's come together as a community and show our support.
