Barron Collier Boys Lacrosse 2024

My name is Brian Arpaia and I’m the head coach of the Barron Collier HS Boys Lacrosse program. As you are probably well aware, lacrosse is an expensive sport. While the athletic department helps where they can, the team is responsible for covering most expenses. This normally includes pre/post-game meals, balls, transportation, training aids, and player packs(practice uniforms and pre-game warm-ups). This year, we also needed to replace our outdated helmets, resulting in an additional $7,500 expense.

We have organized a golf tournament on October 14 at Cypress Woods Country Club to help us raise this money. However, this won’t cover everything.

Knowing many people would like to help but cannot attend the tournament, we started this GoFundMe page asking our community, friends, family, and alumni to help us raise these funds to keep costs low and make this sport accessible to any student-athlete looking to get involved. Every little bit counts!
