I would like to thank everyone that has been donating… You are all amazing. Every little is so precious. If you could share this and get others to contribute Glen would greatly appreciate the financial support as he is paying for his brothers last wishes.

Glen asked me to send his sincere thanks and to let you know that the Funeral for Barry will be held on the 25th of August at the Laidley Cemetery at 10.30am.

Hi my name is Shiralee and I am helping my beloved neighbour help bury his last sibling.

Glen is devastated after the passing of his brother on the 8th of August 2023 and as Barry was a pensioner, as was his son, there are no funds to pay for a burial. There is an offer for a Pauper’s Funeral where Barry is cremated, but one of the last conversations that Glen had with his brother was that he wanted to be buried in Laidley with his other family members who have passed.

Glen was told that the funeral would be around $10,000 to fulfil Barry’s last wishes, and as Glen is a pension himself, this amount of my is daunting.

Any help in this would be amazing to give a man his last dying wish.
