My fathers health has been failing over the years and my brother and I are desperately trying to see him and get some things in order at his home in Phoenix, AZ. After hurricane Harvey, it left us always behind , trying to fix this, patch that, as you could imagine. This I fear will be the last time we will be able to see him. Please help if you can. Thank you
