I’m Dara, I am 16 years old.

Last year, in October, my family’s world changed forever when we lost my daddy, Barry Langan after a battle with blood cancer. He was a young man who enjoyed life, loved us in every way possible. He loved sport, spending time with family and friends, he’s exactly what I would like to be when I’m older.

After he died, my closest friends Rian Coyle ,Rian Patton ,Hayden Snodgrass and I decided to do something big (like his smile) in his memory - a Skydive with proceeds going to the Anthony Nolan Charity.

We will also hold other events , and will also be donating to Cancer fund for Children . Both charities close to our hearts.

This is a charity that provides help and support for people with types of blood cancer founded in 1975 Anthony’s legacy has given hope and second chances to thousands.

We hope to do the Skydive Summer 2024 and in the weeks leading up to this will be organising different events to raise funds for this cause with help from our GAA clubs, schools - Holy Cross, Strabane Academy and Gaelcholaiste Dhoire. If you can help in any way I would really appreciate it. Our targets is £2500.

We have decided to do this with the motto
