Helping my Daddy

Hey everyone my name is Casie and I am trying to help raise funds for my dad Mike.

We are here again on his cancer journey. November of 2022 my dad was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer that has spread to his liver. After a surgery for an ostomy bag he started chemo. He went back to work as a cross country truck driver up until Christmas of 2023. He was having complications with his ostomy bag and went to the local ER on Christmas Day. The surgeon pretty much pulled him off the road. This came as a shock and was highly unexpected and he was no where near close to his medical team. I flew my dad out the beginning of January in order to be under the care of his medical team. Unfortunately, his medical team is not near any of his children. His oncologist is starting a new stronger round of chemo to try and help the cancer subside. Unfortunately we have been given a grim expectancy of 6 months. I myself am hold onto my faith in regards to this as he has already outlived the statistics.

This GoFundMe is being created to help cover basic food and bills (cell phone, etc.) until his disability paperwork is processed. We are not asking for much just enough to get by.
