Bathampton school repair damage from vandalism

On Monday 12 June the staff at Bathampton Primary School arrived at work to find the site had been broken into. Toys and valuable resources had been damaged, destroyed and defaced. This has left the staff and school community deeply saddened. With education budgets so tight, the expense of having to replace and repair damaged property and install new security, has a serious impact on a small community school like Bathampton. Therefore the Friends of Bathampton have started a Gofundme page to raise the funds needed to: replace the toys and sports equipment that was damaged, install CCTV and repair damaged fencing.

We are calling on the lovely community of Bath (and beyond) to support us, if they can. Any donation, big or small, would be gratefully received.
