Batting for Bill
Donation protected
Bill Hill was Diagnosed with Stage 4 Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia with a rare mutation of P17 Deletion (TD53). It will take advanced treatment to attempt to better the outlook, as the rare mutation makes typical treatment generally ineffective. He needs our help.
For years, Bill has been embedded into our community. Whether he was coaching you or your kid (maybe both) in baseball or boxing, aiding in your vehicle’s repair, or any number of acts of generosity, he has long served the community and never looked for or expected any reciprocity.
He has coached generations within our own family, from his nephews that are now in their 30’s to now, coaching his own son’s and daughter along with all of their peers spanning all of those years. He has done so because he loves his family, he loves being involved, and loves giving back to his community.
If you don’t personally know Bill, there’s a chance someone standing near you has something positive to say about him. His reach and impact in this community would be difficult to put into perspective.
We could spend hours going on about what Bill has given and done within this community, but with any reflection, it’s easy to recognize his selflessness and generosity.
Now, Bill and his family need the help of our community.
Unfortunately, the best treatment is only able to those who can afford it. The Doctor informed Bill and his wife, Brandy, that their health insurance won’t cover the necessary treatment required to get Bill's cancer into remission. Once in remission, Bill will need STEM cell treatment.
We cannot allow that to be the end of the story for a father of three children.
Fortunately, our family has resources to pool together, but even so, this will only make a dent in what is required for this special treatment and accompanying expenses.
So, the Hill family humbly asks, for those who are capable and willing, to please donate in support of Bill, his wife Brandy, and children Levi, Kaci, and Dek.
Truly anything will help. Please pray for him and his family in these trying times.
