Short ceremony for each location on the first night at 7:30 pm, lights turn on at 745. Second night, the lights will turn on at 7:45 pm. Will be illuminated both night from 7:45pm to midnight.

As in my past Veteran projects, this Art installation tour is a non-political project. This is something we should all be part of regardless of political affiliation. I will execute this project with the most respect and honor for the
