Battling Alissa's Brain Tumor

On Thursday morning, July 6th while Alissa was at work, she had a medical episode which left her unable to communicate clearly. Her supervisor rushed her to the hospital emergency department where they did a CAT Scan, and found a tumor in her brain. She was then flown, by Mercy Flights, to Portland to receive care and surgery by a Neurosurgeon who specializes in tumors of this size and location. We all know Alissa is so dedicated to her family and her three year old little boy, Preston. Alissa is selfless, kind and caring. She is the first to help in any situation, and now she needs our help. Any donations will go towards uncovered medical expenses and loss of income for her time away from work, of which she is very committed too. Alissa has undergone the first surgery with success and we will wait for the pathology results to know what the next steps will be. As we know more we will try to keep you all updated.
