Help Carla get well

Hi, my name is Richard. I met Carla in 2020, before the pandemic. When we met, we knew it was meant to be. Both of us are in our late 30s, responsible parents and looking for a new start in life with an incredible partner. In the short time of just a year, I knew she was the one! I asked her to marry me in December 2020. In our time together, we have grown closer and closer each day. Two human beings with a connection like no other. We were the two happiest people on this earth. Throughout the pandemic, we rediscovered what it means to share a close relationship with the ones we love. We even traveled to one of her favorite places, ITALY. Then in March of 2022, she came down with something. We couldn't figure it out; it started with chest pains and shortness of breath, hitting her with no rhyme or reason. After 7 ER visits and multiple times paying out of pocket for medical appotinments and attempting to see every specialist known to man, we reluctantly headed to John's Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. After 6 agonizing months, she was finally admitted, and they had a diagnosis within four days. For her privacy, I will not mention that here. Everyone is asking what they can do to help. We are overwhelmed with everything that has happened. We would never turn to something like this. However, my medical insurance does not cover a lot of the medical expenses we are incurring here, and I ask if you would like to help; this is the best way I can think of that we could accept from everyone willing.
