Our Community Needs Your Help!

Shortages in masks and other personal protective equipment take an extra toll on elders amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the recommendation from CDC of wearing mask in public, the seniors have difficulty sourcing masks in stores.

A group of Bay Area volunteers are working with local senior community and essential workers to make reusable masks for elders, the most vulnerable populations at risk. Our goal is to make 1,200 masks including changeable filters in Phase 1.

We would like to raise fund to purchase fabric, elastic, filter and other materials.

Would you consider donating $20 to help us accomplish the goal? Your donation will fund 30 masks for elders.

UPDATE on 4/11/2020: We have donated 200+ reusable masks to nursing homes and local residents. Thank you everyone for your generous support! We are almost there!

While we are making more masks, we plan to purchase a large stock of surgical masks and would like to continue raising funds for the surgical masks. Please support! Thank you! We will get through this together!
