Baz's Funeral & Family Support

Hi,

As you may be aware Daniel "Baz" Barraclough sadly passed away on 25/03/2024, unfortunately leaving behind his loving fiancé Carolyn of 22 years and their two children, Isabelle & Alfie.

Baz and Carolyn have been an integral part of Wyke Rugby Club for around 20 years and have played various different roles within the club between them. Baz has coached over the years at both open age and junior level and has had involvement with many of Wykes current and previous players over the past two decades. Carolyn has worked as a volunteer and committee member for many years and has particularly worked on fund raising events which have brought much needed funds to the club.

Carolyn has continued her role in the club whilst supporting Baz through his illness over the past few years and still devotes much needed time to the club and wider community.

Baz is also widely known out of rugby and has brought much needed laughter and humour to many of his friends lives. Posts recently added to social media show that he was liked and loved by many.

We are asking for Baz's friends, members of the club and the wider community to now support this family through the difficult times they have ahead, by donating to this fund.
