Help to rebuild my Mushroom Farm
Donation protected
Hi,
My name is Jeff Brown from Mount Pleasant NC. Three years ago my wife and I took out our saving and invest the money to start a Mushroom Farm. As you all know farming is very labor intense and long hours. Mushroom farming is no different, My farm was an inside farm that grew Shiitake Mushrooms year round in a mushroom house that was air tight, mold & bacteria free with sophisticated equipment for climate control, humidity control, air Circulation System and a water/misting system. As you can see in the video Meet your neighborhood my client was a large grocery store chain here in the southeast. We put a lot of money and hard work in working and promoting our product.
Why I'm asking for prayers and your support.
Act of God came crashing down in form of a lightning bolt that hit our mushroom house and totally destroy our farm, dreams and hard work that we put into establishing a network that helped us feed a small portion of our planet went up in smoke, and add to the insult my insurance company told me I had the wrong type of coverage.
I have always giving to charities in my community and others communities and now I find myself on the other end. I’m a strong person and my farm will come back alive with my hard work and your help, who knows I may be sending Shiitakes to your local store. Thank you for your generosity and support and understanding the importance of small farms,
Sincerely,
Jeff Brown
