Please help me help the Cockrum's

"About a month ago, Jake noticed something unusual and finally went to the Dr last week. As soon as the Dr saw him, he just said that it wasn't good and needed to see a urologist. On Tuesday he went and had work done and turns out... he has two tumors...he has testicular cancer.

Today is the day for the removal and we are trying to be in good spirits. The results from the CT scan showed that it has spread to his lymph nodes...he is classified as stage II A as of right now.

Once the pathology report comes back we will know more information and what his path to BEING CANCER FREE will be whether it be radiation or chemo."

Charleigh is a childhood friend that I adore more than she will ever know.  Her family needs our help as they fight this battle. Charleigh is self employed and Jake is a teacher/coach and they are already out of pocket a lot of money.  Jake has already having surgery and will require many more tests and treatment.
